Clients with a life-limiting illness and their families are welcomed into our modern ‘home-like’ environment set amongst the rainforest. Friendly registered nursing staff and trained volunteer palliative carers offer a client-centred approach to caring for you and your loved ones. Tweed Palliative Support Inc (TPS) is an inclusive cancer support and palliative care charity that has been operating for over 20 years. In 2015 we opened the doors to NSW’s only adults’ 24/7 community hospice, Wedgetail Retreat.
Tweed Palliative Support is a multi-award-winning organisation that started in 1998.
We are a well-established community run organisation that provides free support services for people living with a life-limiting illness.
