Tweed Palliative Support Inc (TPS) is an inclusive cancer support and palliative care charity. In 2015 we opened the doors to NSW’s only adults’ 24/7 community hospice, Wedgetail Retreat.
Tweed Palliative Support is a multi-award-winning charity that started in 1998.

Wedgetail Retreat
Wedgetail Retreat Community Hospice started with a dream: a deep desire to fulfil the need for an inclusive, 24/7 specialised palliative care facility in the region. Clients with a life-limiting illness and their families are welcomed into our modern home-like environment in a rainforest setting. Friendly Registered Nursing staff and trained volunteer palliative carers offer a client-centred approach to caring for you and your loved ones.
